This exercise uses your own approved documents and a configured workspace assistant or mission app. Choose one bounded question you can verify directly. You need deployment access, permission to read the documents and an assistant configured for the intended mission or equipment. This procedure does not assume offline access.
1

Check the document set

Open the workspace’s relevant collection. Identify the approved document, edition, applicability and precedence.Check equipment model, mission scope and effective date where relevant. A successful upload does not establish approval. Keep superseded material identifiable.
2

Ask about your task

Open the configured assistant or app and replace the fields in this request:
For [my task and equipment model], find the applicable guidance in [document set]. Cite the document version and passage. Separate the instruction from your interpretation. Identify missing context or conflicting guidance.
Answer necessary clarification. Do not accept a result that silently selects an inapplicable equipment variant.
3

Verify the answer

Open each material citation. Compare the answer with the passage, its surrounding conditions and any stated exceptions.Check that the selected edition applies to your task. Where documents conflict, preserve that conflict and use the responsible authority’s resolution path.
4

Inspect a diagnostic only when configured

If the assistant offers a permitted diagnostic, inspect its target, inputs and effects before running it.Read the returned observation and its freshness. A failed connectivity probe does not establish the fault’s cause. It does not authorise equipment reconfiguration.
5

Record the checked result

Save the question, applicable version, cited passage and any remaining limitation. Escalate unresolved applicability or diagnostic questions to a qualified person. The assistant cannot amend approved instructions or orders. A useful answer remains subject to your task’s normal decision authority.
The result is a verified passage and a bounded explanation, or a clear unresolved question. Continue with Follow a finding to its evidence.
