1
Check the series settings
Inspect the reporting purpose, time zone, period, evidence cutoff and target publication time.Check source jobs, required processing, reviewers, destination and limits. Each scheduled period creates its own edition. A revision remains within its edition.
2
Inspect collection and readiness
Open the edition’s occurrence and collection records. Check every required source and processing result.A missing or failed source is a gap. An empty but successfully inspected evidence selection can produce no report. Do not substitute that outcome for failed collection.
3
Check the frozen evidence selection
Inspect the edition’s selected source versions and method versions at the cutoff.Open representative inputs and check period coverage. Late evidence does not silently change the edition. Required failures block a complete report unless the configured partial-report route is explicitly reviewed.
4
Inspect the draft and review
Open the draft, supporting assets and cited passages. Check unsupported claims, contradictions and omitted intervals.Follow the configured review passes. A human makes the final required publication decision on the exact version. Request changes when the result or its evidence is incomplete.
5
Confirm publication
After approval, inspect the publication action and receipt in the workspace artefact library.Confirm the edition, version and rendered/exported output. Approval alone does not establish delivery. Record a missed publication target rather than hiding it behind later completion.
