Workflow building blocks

This is a documentation pilot. Confirm final component names and available configuration options against the production build before publication.

Use these components to configure the first reviewed-report workflow.

Component	Purpose
Trigger	Starts a workflow when its configured condition is met.
Job	Collects or prepares input for the workflow.
Dataset	Holds the selected input data for the run.
Embedding	Prepares data for semantic retrieval or related downstream processing.
Enrichment	Produces the required derived information for the workflow.
Agent	Drafts the report from the admitted evidence.
Human review	Records approval, rejection, or a request for changes against a report version.
Artefact	The report produced and published by the workflow.
Workspace	The controlled environment that owns access, security classification, and billing.

Workflow configuration

A reviewed-report workflow identifies:

Outcome	Effect
Approve	Allows the approved report version to be published.
Request changes	Creates another report version; the earlier draft and decision remain available.
Reject	Stops the run without publication.

A workflow run uses the evidence admitted for that ingestion; it does not silently substitute newer data during review.
Required enrichment failures stop automatic reporting.
A changed report version needs its own current approval.
Exhausted budget stops new billable work and identifies incomplete stages.
An uncertain publication outcome must be reconciled before declaring the report delivered.
